Welcome to a transformative journey towards spiritual and personal growth through weekly or bi-weekly meditation mentoring calls. In each 60-minute session, you'll embark on a holistic exploration of mindfulness, guided meditation, and compassionate mentoring tailored to your needs.

Who can benefit:

Meditation mentorship is for anyone seeking to cultivate a more balanced, centered, and empowered life. Whether you're struggling with stress, seeking clarity in decision-making, or simply craving a deeper connection to yourself and your higher power, these sessions provide a supportive space for growth and transformation.

How it works:

  • Building a mindfulness practice requires consistency, our work together grows over the course of weekly or bi-weekly meetings.

  • We will focus on the fundamentals of mindfulness meditation practice, how to to work through common obstacles and integrate your practice into your life circumstances

  • In addition to meditation instruction we will explore relevant spiritual lessons to help understand the nuances and wisdom of the practice

  • In addition to meditation our work may include: chakra activations, breathing exercises and yogic stretching

  • We will have time during each session for discussions about the practice, life and whatever struggles you may be seeking perspective on.

  • Are not ready to change your patterns and routines

  • Are not ready to invite in a relationship with your higher power
