Meditation Mentorship
Welcome to a transformative journey towards spiritual and personal growth through weekly or bi-weekly meditation mentoring calls. In each 60-minute session, you'll embark on a holistic exploration of mindfulness, guided meditation, and compassionate mentoring tailored to your needs.

Whether you're struggling with stress, seeking clarity in decision-making, or simply craving a deeper connection to yourself and your higher power, these sessions provide a supportive space for growth and transformation.
How it works:
Building a mindfulness practice requires consistency, our work together grows over the course of weekly or bi-weekly meetings.
We will focus on the fundamentals of mindfulness meditation practice, how to to work through common obstacles and integrate your practice into your life circumstances
In addition to meditation instruction we will explore relevant spiritual lessons to help understand the nuances and wisdom of the practice
In addition to meditation our work may include: chakra activations, breathing exercises and yogic stretching
We will have time during each session for discussions about the practice, life and whatever struggles you may be seeking perspective on.
